"Fashion is all about the individual. It's something unique to everyone. By dressing yourself up in your favourite styles, you can transform yourself. Maybe what you're wearing is a little out there - it doesn't really matter as long as you feel good. That's what you should be expressing. KERA magazine is here to support young people who love fashion and love experimentation". Naoki Matsumura, KERA Editorial Supervisor/Director, Index Communications.
